Saudi Health Hub respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators and copyright owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law, we will respond promptly and in good faith to all valid claims of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content published on Saudi Health Hub infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing all of the following information:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A clear description and identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content is located
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that all information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Where to Send DMCA Notices

We will review your notice and, if valid, take appropriate action — including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content — within a reasonable time period.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include: your contact information, identification of the material that was removed and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Repeat Infringers

Saudi Health Hub has a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Ensure that your claim is made in good faith before submitting a DMCA notice.
